We have come up with 30 different ’30 themed’ fundraising challenges for you to choose from. Whether it's distance, number of circuits, donation value, or time to complete your challenge... 30 is your golden number.

Join forces with colleagues, family members, friends, classmates, or go it alone for a solo challenge. Remember, "30 for 30" is for everyone, whatever your age or ability. Are you up for the challenge?

2. Set up your fundraising page (click 'Fundraise for us' at the top of this page)
3. Download our Fundraising Pack for lots of tips and support to make your challenge a success
4. Fundraise and take on your "30 for 30" challenge! Share your fundraising page with your network on social media, WhatsApp, email or set up a QR code to add to posters
5. Tell us when you're done - either tag @AnaphylaxisUK in any celebratory social media posts or drop us an email at [email protected]. We'd love to know what you're up to
